By opting for our delivery service, it is deemed that you have read and agreed to the delivery terms & conditions listed below. We appreciate your honesty in informing us of any restrictions at your delivery address, as it allows us to plan for your delivery adequately. Thank you.


Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Free delivery on orders over S$200 to a single destination on mainland Singapore. Delivery to Sentosa, Jurong Island, outer-lying islands, or restricted access areas will incur surcharge. If security clearance is required, please inform us in advance.
  2. Please ensure that the management regulations at the address provided allows for delivery access at your chosen date and timing slot. In the event of a failed delivery due to restrictions at your delivery address, the item(s) will be returned to our premises. Additional delivery fees may be charged for re-delivery service.
  3. In the event the delivery address provided is incorrect, the item(s) will be returned to our premises if we are unable to reach you at the contact number provided. Additional delivery fees may be charged for re-delivery service.
  4. Delivery will be to ground level or to high-rise levels only if accessible by service lifts. In such cases, item(s) for delivery will need to be able to fit into the service lifts.
  5. Bulky or heavy item(s) delivery requiring the use of additional or specialized equipment, additional labour, or the use of lorry-crane services, will incur additional charges.
  6. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you require changes to the delivery date & time. If we are unable to make your delivery on the chosen date & timing slot, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
  7. In the event of delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  8. We will try our best to make your delivery in a diligent and careful manner. However, we will not be liable for any damages to your property(s) / item(s) sustained during the delivery process.
  9. The receiving party is to check on the quantity and quality conditions of the item(s) before signing for the delivery. No exchanges or returns will be entertained after the delivery is completed.
  10. If no one is available to receive the item(s) at the delivery address, you may request our personnel to leave the item(s) at your doorstep, but we will not be liable if your purchased item(s) goes missing or is damaged by the time you return.
  11. No maintenance or warranty is provided on item(s) sold unless otherwise specified.
  12. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees if (i) additional manpower, time, or equipment, or (ii) re-delivery service is required.
  13. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable service requests if no arrangements have been made in advance as our delivery personnel work with a tight schedule. (E.g. arrangement of plants / item(s) at your address / location, helping to remove and dispose of item(s) from your address / location, on-site re-potting / planting for free, etc.)
  14. Any service request(s) have to be made at the point of purchase, prior to the scheduled delivery. These service request(s) may incur additional charges.
  15. Delivery timings for Mondays to Saturdays:
  • Morning (AM) delivery is between 9:00am to 1:00pm,
  • Afternoon (PM) delivery is between 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
  • There is no scheduled delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  1. We reserve the right to refuse delivery service, and to change the terms & conditions for delivery of purchase without notice at any time.
